Active members who are ill will be given a check for $25.00 once during the year. Please notify the support group of the illness. Also, the support group can offer prayers, phone calls, and send Thinking of You cars at any time during the year.

The active member's immediate family (parent, spouse, and children) will be given a $20.00 check and Get Well card for illnesses.

The family of active members will be given $50.00 towards funeral arrangements and a Sympathy card towards for the deceased member who is a member or person with Sickle Cell Disease.

In order to support active members in their own special way, notifications about illness, death, promotions, celebrations, etc. should be sent through email or by phone call to any of the support group Officers.
